I just felt great!

I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I was not a skinny child, teen or even adult, although there were times in my life where I was successful with dieting and was able to shed unwanted pounds. My greatest success with losing weight was with programs where I was counting points or "exchanges" eating mostly everyday food. Nevertheless, weight loss was always a slow process for me, losing 1 lb. to every 8 lbs. of friends dieting alongside me. As my 40's approached, losing any substantial weight seemed impossible. No matter what I did, I could not seem to lose more the 5-8 lbs, but I needed to lose 20-30. I already did high energy aerobic exercise a minimum of 5 days a week, and so I really got no weight loss boost from it except to say I was in great shape and healthy. I was noticing several people I work out with at my health club losing substantial amounts of weight and looking great.
