What’s Our Why?

One of our favorite activities to engage clients in to build motivation is simply posing the question, “why?” See we’re big believers that you can find out a lot about a person when you peel back the layers and understand their core reasoning for engaging in an activity. It’s a process we call, “What’s Your Why?”


So what’s our why? Well, Results 22 is a company dedicated to giving the structure, education, motivation & support required to help individuals change how they feel about themselves and the world they live in. This isn’t about weight loss. Never has, never will be. This is about providing our clients with a guide to incorporate behavioral change, which emerges as they become aware of how nutritional habits & exercise impact & affect their daily lives in every facet.

What we’re seeking is oftentimes the most elusive of changes that is highly sought after but seldom acquired: sustainable change that brings a balance between a client’s internal and external states. Our mission is to create and nurture a community that believes what we believe, which is that weight loss and more importantly a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that evolves as they do, is the pathway to greater happiness and fulfillment. 

We believe we must create an environment for our clients that not only provides the roadmap & structure they require, but allows them to be fully engaged and interactive throughout the process. Simply put, this is a collaborative partnership where full investment on the client side of things will yield them the life changing results they seek upon walking into our clinic doors.

In 2017 alone, our clients lost 7,258 pounds of body fat and 12,000+ pounds of weight

Our clients must make a lifelong commitment  that requires hard work on themselves from an educational, spiritual, and emotional point of view. When our clients are willing to put in the grit, hard work & perseverance that will be required to improve their lives, Results 22 provides the environment, education ,coaching, videos, psychological support and maintenance protocol to exponentially increase their probability of success. One element can’t be in place without the other and we fully realize that.

To say client’s have never experienced weight loss until reaching Results 22 is incredibly naive. Of course you have, but the key differentiation is our emphasis on not simply losing the weight but keeping it off in the long term with our dedicated maintenance website and learning management system, which will begin teaching you your first week on the protocol not just how to lose the weight but strategies and tools to keep it off for the rest of your life. These two elements are committed to providing the tools and strategies necessary to not simply thrive during the protocol but to sustain and even build upon that progress post protocol for the rest of your days.

For every client that Results 22 can help live a healthy lifestyle, ten other people in their lives will be positively impacted. Our job is to make the world a better place by helping clients change one small habit at a time until those small, seemingly insignificant patterns build into a rock solid foundation upon which they can cultivate a new lifestyle upon that assists them in taking steps closer to, rather than further from, the goals & aspirations they have for their lives.


Eds passion has always been health and wellness through exercise and a healthy lifestyle. When Ed’s training clients came to him to help with their nutritional needs as well, it become his quest to find a program that improves health and promotes overall changes for a healthier lifestyle. While searching for the best program to help his clients meet their goals, Ed was introduced to Ideal Protein, a weight loss/body fat reduction program. Ed believes in lasting results through changing one habit at a time. Ed is an excellent motivator that will help you achieve your weight loss goal.


Colleen is a friendly and compassionate wellness coach who helps clients reach their nutritional and physical goals. While clients are succeeding on the program, I see a shift in clients perspective on life and their wellness goals and it is so exciting to be a part of this transformation. After finishing the Ideal Protein program herself, Colleen has made many adjustments to her own daily nutritional habits that have made a big impact on her overall health.
